A great source of vitamin C, B12, calcium, and potassium. A root vegetable usually eaten thinly sliced and raw in salads, it's also great for pickling and roasting.
Best stored in a plastic zip-top bag with a damp, folded paper towel at the bottom in your fridge's crisper drawer. 

Please note these are harvestable for our CSA members to purchase as add-ons for CSA deliveries November 20-26
