From 100% grass fed, pasture raised cattle. Referred to as the king of the steakhouse, it is considered one of the highest-quality cuts available. 
Like the t-bone it consists of the filet and new york, but it's ratio of tenderoiln to top loin differ.  T-bone steak features a higher proportion of top loin than a porterhouse. A porterhouse, on the other hand, has more filet relative to the top loin. The size of a porterhouse is also unrivaled, and many steak lovers find one steak feeds two people.
