Aged for over 60 days, this is their award-winning farmstead cheese infused with tomato and garlic. Made on their family’s dairy farm from the milk of grassfed cows who spend their entire lives grazing certified organic pastures. Farmstead cheese is a versatile ingredient that will keep for months when properly stored, as the flavors continue to develop.
Ingredients: Pasteurized USDA Organic grass-fed milk, culture, vegetable rennet, imported non-GMO dried tomato-garlic blend.
Aroma: Buttery & Garlicky
Texture: Semi-Firm. Creamy and smooth.
Taste: Buttery, nutty, and mild with the addition of garlic and tomato.
