Since January 2020, wheels of their Aged Farmstead Cheese have been developing sharper flavor and firmer texture in their temperature and humidty controlled again room. Aged farmstead cheese is made on their family’s dairy farm from the milk of grassfed cows who spend their entire lives grazing certified organic pastures. Farmstead cheese is a versatile ingredient that will keep for months when properly stored, as the flavors continue to develop.
Ingredients:USDA raw organic grass-fed milk, culture, non-GMO vegetable rennet, and salt
Aroma: Butter & Freshly Mown Grass
Texture: Semi-Firm with visible cheese curds. Creamy & smooth on the palate
Taste: Sharp, Buttery, & lingering Nutty flavor
